Default Q's on Sea Foam

And YES I did do a search, but am a bit confused.

I found the Sea Foam at O'Reilly today. Question is, it was in a spray can. I read somewhere that I need the liquid. I asked the person at the counter and they said that was all they had. Did I get the right stuff?

I just shot the stuff in the throttle body throat and is now sitting. Can says to let sit for 5 minutes. I read to let it sit for as along as possible. Which is true?

Let it sit for a little while, at least 15 minutes then fire it up.
Change the oil after you do it.

I used the spray stuff to and it did it's job. I let it set for almost an hour.

Well I let it set all night (from 9pm to 6:50am). Fired it up this morning and it ran funny for a bit. Pulled out of the driveway with it still puffing smoke, I will see if it did its job later this afternoon when I get off of work.
