F13 is in....
The car pulls like a bat out of hell.
Have the shift points set for 6600RPMs which seems like a good spot for the cam, as it pulls all the way to that point. Car feels like it has a boatload more torque at lower RPMs as well.The car got tuned & it drives pretty well (on a 114LSA). It surges a bit around 1500RPMs when coming to a stop & it seems like the car wants to drive itself *cruise affect* after coming to a dead stop. The idle is noticeably different (yet not as lopey as an old TR230 I had in a previous LS1) as well as louder, even through my Random Tech cats.
The car will be dynoed on Wednesday (cats will be removed & nitrous will be on the car). Can't wait to see the results.
Im hoping to make 400 @ the wheels, but I don't think its going to happen. Car was tuned conservatively (22*) & for nitrous on our **** 91 octane we have out here. I'll be happy w/385RWHP & up.
