Will I have to get the PCM reprogrammed if I am putting a Comp Cam part # 54-408-11? It is just an off-idle cam 800-5800 RPM. I am also going to install an LS6 intake at a later date. I was wondering when I should have the PCM reprogrammed.

 

going by the power band it seems like a 206/212 @ 050 cam, thats something the stock pcm can handle quite readily. though for best results tuning would be beneficial.
