VINCI Fan Controller: Looking for instructions

Does anyone have a copy of the instructions that come with the VINCI Fan Controller that they can email or fax to me? I really appreciate it. Thanks.

I have them at home somewhere as well, not sure if I can find them. Let me know if you come up dry and I will look in the garage attic.
