Default What size ratio rockers?

I have a 388 CI.(all bore)11:7 LS1. It has a Cam motion 230/236 .595/.598 114 Lsa cam, Comp R lifters, Chet Herbert pushrods, and Rev 1116 dual springs. It currently has stock rocker arms that are going bad. Can I use 1.8 rockers to gain performance? This is not in a dailly driver car, its in an off-road car. What is the best rockers I can buy for around $500? thanks, Ted.

Crane variable lift rockers.
That way you'll benefit from higher lifts at .200, .250, .300 and it goes back to 1.72 at .600.

If you use these accelerated lift rockers, do you have to use the accelerated lift cam? Crane and VHP make it sound that way.
