Default Rough idle with turbo cam???

I just recently threw a rod and am looking to build a LS2 402 T76 single turbo set up but I love the sound of my Magic Stick 3 (237/242 603/609 113LSA) . Im assuming this cam would not make for a very good cam in a turbo set up.

I am looking for a cam that works well in a turbo setup with a rough idle (Im not to much into the "sleeper" thing). I just want it to be some what streetable as the car is mainly a weekend car and not a daily driver.

From my limited knowledge I don't think that will happen for two reasons. The first is that you want a high LSA with less overlap so you don't bleed off boost, the other is that the turbo acts as a muffler and *most* turbocharged cars aren't going to have quite the same exhaust note as the NA cars. You will also likely be running lower compression.
MS3 does sound nice, doesn't it?

The nice thing about boost is that it doesn't need a long intake duration, but likes a long exhaust duration. The unfortunate bit is that the exhaust event is right before the intake event so it mandates a wider LSA to some extent. You'll have a good lope on a 224/232 on a 113 or 114 and it'll still be good for your forced induction application.

Call up George at Turbo Tech and see what he recommends.
