Default valve problems

Well my passenger side exhaust has a gurgle to it,Sounds like the valves that were hitting the pistons back in the day that was fixed long story has finally caused a problem well i am going to get new valves what do yall recommend and how much can i shave my heads with a .591 lift cam and 7.4 pushrods without changing my pushrods cause they are almost new. My heads are fully ported and polished. I was looking at the patriot stainless valves are they good? Are there better ones than that? Thanks for any help guys Its been a ongoing battle doing this conversion
