I'm wrapping up my cam install, and I'm in the middle of installing the springs. I have Manley dual springs, and they are being installed in STOCK heads.

My question is: The seats also came with a set of 16 very thin washers of the same diameter of the spring seat. I assume these are included to change the installed height of the spring? Should I install these under the new springs?

No you need to check your install height first to determine if you will need the extra shims to get the spring seat pressure wright.
