HELP Installing spring seats

HELP Installing spring seats I'm wrapping up my cam install, and I'm in the middle of installing the springs. I have Manley dual springs, and they are being installed in STOCK heads.
My question is: The seats also came with a set of 16 very thin washers of the same diameter of the spring seat. I assume these are included to change the installed height of the spring? Should I install these under the new springs?
