Old ASP pulley????

Old ASP pulley???? I have an old ASP pulley that has never been machined for a double roller chain.
Can anyone help me on were to machine it and how much.
None of the old links still work.

why does it need to be machined? doesnt the pulley "butt" up to the pump?
im using a rollmaster double roller with a rolon chain if it matters. i have the old asp pulley as well.
