Default springs for my cam

Can you run stock springs with a 226/222 .585/.563 114 LSA
cam if not what spring do you reccomend

No, not a chance. With that cam, the least to use would be a Comp Cam 918 single. LS6 springs would be way too light even.

Do a search on springs and the max lift they are good for. 585 lift is pretty aggressive. That will answer your questions.

what lobes is your cam cut on? you're gonna have to run at least comp 918's.

I ran the 918's with my TR224, 563.
