X4 with stock 853 heads Someone in another post said that the older heads did not like the bigger cams, is that true? My heads are stock unmilled, unported, but will have new springs, seats, seals and retainers. I know they wont flow 300 cfm, but if the heads will not work well with these larger cams, I will need to port or replace. What are your opinions?? Thanks, Joey
241 cast heads were Die Cast which is a process that smooths up the ports a bit compared to the Sand Cast procedure that was done on the 806 and 853 heads. Once ported any "advantage" the 241 cast had is moot
