It's going to be a personal preference - but a TR224 on a 114 LSA seems to make most happy.

what grind is the magic stick??? My main concern is the crappy 10 bolt with the m6 but i guess i will have to deal with that part when the big boom comes lol! But what sort of gains should i see from a 22X-23X cam??? the car ran a 13.0 with me going a little easy off the line. I drive it everyday so i want something dependable.

The magic stick isn't the biggest thing out there but it's not for the faint of heart. 237/242 .603/.609 113
From Texas Speed and Performance. They have several slightly smaller grinds that I personally like the look off as well. I had it down to a TSP or Futral cam, but there are TONS of proven grinds out there. Just gotta pick the right one for your setup, uses and goals.
If you get a cam that large you will want a steep gear (3.73 or preerably 4.10's). The problem with that is that they will make your ten bolt even weaker. You might want to look into a 12 bolt before you put a cam in, depending on how you will use it. (track, sticky tire, etc)
