what could cause missfire from 5,000-5,500?

what could cause missfire from 5,000-5,500? It does it when I full throttle it. Only in a small rpm range. It is like a dead spot. It will stutter and then comes back to life.

the car has ahd a stall in it for almost 4 years now. This just started happening.

deleted EGR
