Default Pittsburgh shop?

Maybe I am blind, But I do not know of a good all around car shop in pittsburgh pa. Anyone from around here know of a good place to do dyno and tune up stuffs?

Steer clear of Stropes.Do a search,you'll find plenty of negative feedback.

I would make the drive to Rapid if I was in PA.

I can't say anything about Rapid either way never used 'em. The first part is true however. I don't even consider them mechanics myself. More like con artists. That's from firsthand experience. j/m .02.

Also from my own personal experience some 6 years ago (the only time I've ever used them) you couldn't bring them the parts you wanted put on you had to buy your parts from them. And they mark them up a healthy penny. Plus well overpriced on labor also.

Not jumping on the bandwagon of internet hearsay but I know of a few personal friends that told me they had some bad experiences with thier 5.0L Ford's there. I vote for Rapid all the way. Mikey is really good at what he does.
