Default Injector circuit ohm testing b/c of DTC p0200?

so my car has been throwing a p0200 code which is open injector circuit, and then i think its going into limp home mode, running really rich and misfiring from time to time. Its a bitch to keep having to go back to autozone to clear the code every time this happens. It runs fine after i clear the code but then does it again when i get a little too spirited (high rpms). Today i cleared the code again and got a P0301 as well as the standard p0200. the 301 means misfire in cylinder one. i'm going to bust out my voltimeter after work today but i don't know what connections i should be testing together. one theory is that the connection from the injector to the PCM is shorting to ground and causing an injector or more to be always on. Not sure how to find out though. any tips about my situation and what to check would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if its related but a little while ago i tottaly high centered on a driveway and scrapped the **** outta the undercarriage, looked under and saw no damage but who knows... god that was a painful feeling and sound

Default

Look at the wiring harness/plugs going to the injectors and the coil packs. I'm tracing a problem on the #2 cylinder right now
