For that price range, Patriots. If the funds were there, AFRs. Basically get what you can afford and if TOP quility heads are not in the budget, go Patriot. Get their "stage 2" with bigger valves. As far as combustion chamber size, go as small as you dare. You will need good compression as I imagine that cam has its share of overlap.
