Default First Track Trip W/New Car Okay Times + Major Leak, Please Help!

Well, I took the new car to the drag strip tonight. Over all I was okay with the times considering the fact it only has a 2800 converter and the Eagle F1 tires on it. The car ran a best of 12.39 at 110. It was funny that every run I did from a 12.8 all the way to the 12.39 was at 110mph.

Well, on the last time I went to the line they asked me to back out because I had coolant dripping. I drove it home and the car went from 210 to 240 and back to 210, several times. I parked the car in the garage and let it cool down. I went back out an hour later and see I have coolant running out. I looked under the car and can't tell where it is coming from. It is dripping down and traveling along the front edge of the front skid plate. It is coming down fairly quickly, not a steady stream but dripping quickly.

Any Ideas?

Man, what a bummer way to end the first track night.

Thanks,

Bill

Did you just buy the car? Have you done any mods since owning it.

Probably just a bad hose with a pinhole in it or maybe a radiator leak.. Also, if the car has a throttle body bypass then you might want to check that and make sure everything is still connected and tight.
