Fm13 Just installed TODAY...
Went with the Dual PRC spring Kit with Ti Retainers, CM Pushrods, ASP underdrive pulley, LS2 timing chain, and a 160 stat while the pump was off.
I fabricated my own spring compressor similar to the Larry tool, and it worked awesome. Everything else was cake...even the pickup tube bolt
All in all the install went fairly smooth with the exception of the broken oil pan bolt which took 2 hours to get out off the block....
Adjusted the timing tables, bumped up the Rev limiter to 6600, speed limiter to 200
, adjusted the fan settings, etc. Have to do some logging yet to watch my fuel trims, but I'll take her out tomorrow after my 1 heat cycle for the springs is over with.I have a video of the initial startup and I'll post it soon....WOW this GMMG/LT's/FM13 is A M A Z I N G!

Here are some methods I used:
-I used two 1/4" brake lines to hold the lifters up
-I used the longer crank pulley bolt to install the new pulley
-I used my Air hold adaptor out of my compression set to hold the valves closed while changing the springs
-I went DOWN with the condensor and set the corner on a bucket. This put less stress on the A/C lines then when you go up with it instead.
-I used mechanical fingers to get the oil pickup tube bolt in place and started.
-The TB came off before removing the water pump so I could get it out easier

Although I have done so many cam & springs we have it down to 4 hours-4hrs 30 mins, it is very satisfing to do it yourself, congrats on the install
