Default Quick Prob Stupid Question

Car: 99 Z28 106,000 miles M6

i have some complete stock 5.3 heads coming in to be ported. i also have a broken valvespring. can any part of the stock 5.3 valvetrain work on my 5.7 LS1, or will i have to make a post in the newb mod mistakes soon after doing that.

I searched and got alot of stuff bout the LS2 and LS7, and the newb information guide, read that no luck.

thank you.

5.3L, 5.7L (ls1, ls6), and 6.0L (lq9) heads are interchangable along with all their components
btw stock valvesprings of any kind will not work with any aftermarket cam...or should i say are not recommended...i'd just go ahead and get the prc dual spring kit to go on those heads, unless you are running the stock cam

Think you need 7.350" pushrods with 5.3 heads, maybe?
