Default Trex Owners In Here!

Got a ? Any one with the TRex cam having probs with the MAP sensor throwing codes? The heads are FFHP 1 and have been milled 12 thousands. Could the cam be causing lower manifold pressure? I am at a loss here

It shouldn't be the cam.

This has me puzzled.. Any suggestions as to what it might be? I have replaced the sensor and chased the wires as far as I could.. Any thing I might be missing?

No KR.. Intake was off for head work.. same intake.. AP and I looked at the map tables on HPtuner and decided that they need to be adjusted.

You said you were running milled heads with a Trex? I thought that cam was too big for any milled head without flycutting your pistons? If you have a PtoV issue, a bent valve can cause you to throw that code. That's way out there, but it will throw a Map code with a bent valve.

After some research, this looks to be a common problem on the 02 vehicles with larger cams. AP is going to adjust the 0106 table and we will see if that clears the problem

So adjustment of the tables should fix the problem?

you have to go into ls1 edit v1.3 and goto the "engine diagnostic" tab and you will see at the bottom P0121 Parameters, right now its 55/65, change it to 75/85
