Default smoking problem

Some friends of mine noticed it at the track the other day and it just seems to be getting worse everyday. There's no smoke at idle, but when I punch it its pretty bad. I originally thought it was blow-by but there is no oil in my new PCV catch can. But there is lots of oil in the intake. How else can oil get in there?

how are your o2's? Could be a broken spring, bent valve, or broken rocker.
Any codes?

No codes and o2's are 6mo old. How do I check my valve stem seals?
