Yeah, Futral cams come standard with +4 degrees. I wouldn't think you would have to spin the motor to 6900 (I wouldn't want to with a stock bottom end)

With my F14 114 (standard +4) I have the shift points at 6500. I'll have to look at the graph when I get home to see exactly where it peaks. Made 387rwhp through an unlocked 3800 stall and 3.73s, with a nice flat torque curve, so I was happy with it

Ive heard that you want to shift around 300-400 rpm past your peak power. I'm surprise that they didn't run your car to 6700-6800 on the dyno.

Well i ran it tonight and it was pretty disapponiting.
12.48@109.7 and 12.77@108.9 got 1.80 60fts on both runs w/ MT DRs@18psi
First run went from idle. 2nd run from 2500 and still got nearly identical 60fts
the car didnt shift at 6500 like its supposed to but kept going right up to 7k and pinged the limiter then would shift.
Somethings wrong here cuz this is what bolt on cars run and nearly 400rw should trap higher than 109mph
Same thing happened to my Z28 w/ F11 cam. Made 388rw and it would only turn mid 12s@109-110mph
Guess i need to scan it when i go back to FMS on thursday

Sorry about the bad luck. I'm sure when the shift points get fixed and you get the 60ft down you will run some good numbers.

What kind of tire and gear are you running. That convertor should get you into the 1.6 60ft range.

running a vig 3200 w/ 3.73s. Running MT DRs 275/40s
Suspension wise i have SFCs, TA, and LCAs.
Couldnt get a good burnout cuz the car kept wanting to scoot forward.
I have a line-loc but its still on my wrecked Z
With just a lid and borla catback it went 13.64@104.8 on street tires.
prolly have some KR. just need to get it scanned and get allan to fix the shift points. I'll have new results this friday (better ones i hope)

a lil bit but by the 60ft mark or so it felt like it hit hard and then started pullin but it kept pullin up to 7k then would ping off for a second then shift.
Judging from the graph it looks like it peaks around 6300 so Allan set the points at 6500 but i dont understand why its not shifting there. going all the way to 7k has to be killing it.

If It's going to 7k and hitting the rev limiter your losing alot of ET. When I had a vig it would 60ft best by flashing the convetor. I would hold it at about 1,200 rpm and floor it. It would hit the tires harder that way.
