What cam

what is the best cam for my mods, and a 3400 stall? I was thinking about the F4 do to good idle. And im not thinking of picking up any heads for a wile.

I have that cam in my 2001 six speed and love it so far. It searches for idle sometimes but havent gotten it tuned yet

There is no best cam for your mods. You want a smooth idle? I assume you will be getting it tuned.
Can't go wrong with a TR224.

How much power do you want to make? How fast do you want to go? Are you set on a nice, smooth idle?
