can someone explain what 112 +2 means. im thinking 112 degreea plus 2 more. but in my logic that would be 114 degreea, if thats true why not call it a 114 degree duration?

the +2 means its got 2 degrees of advance physically ground into the cam... usually the off the shelf f-13 has +4 advance built in. the 112 is the LSA and is different than the advance.

Wyckedcamaro- Keep in mind, these numbers did NOT have a ported TB, or underdrive pullies.
My F-13= 230/232 .595/.585 112+4 lsa
With stock 3.42's no less.

wow.. nice numbers.

ported throttle body wont give ya much on a graph.

the pullies would have helped.

I CANT WAIT to get this car done.. Just waiting for them to ship it.

1. decreased gas mileage due to the new found power
Please note that it says #1 before that statement....

What are the differences between the f13 and f14 in gas mileage, dyno numbers, and idle over stock and each other?

gas mileage goes way down, such attention the car attracts now, higher gears are needed to fully enjoy the cam, and there is a loss in low end torque, but people with 10bolts can say thats kind of a good thing.

I have the same cam as the F14 with my set-up in sig. I just got it back from MTI and love it. Drivability is plain sweet.

Not sure what you mean by "I have the same cam as the F14". You either have an f-14 or you dont. A cam that shares the same specs in duration, and lift at .050 can still have a vastly different lobe profile and be either far more agressive or far more docile. If it cam doctored to be almost identical, then maybe youre close.

Edit: Sorry if that sounded dick-ish. Just trying to pass the info along.

No problem. I have the same specs as the F14 with a 114 lobe. It`s not as radical as the Y1 I had from MTI. But it`s really easy to drive now. I had to give alittle power for drivability issues with a A4. But thats life!!!

I have the 4.10's in the car so.. I dont know what to expect for gas milage. But I do have the m6 and I was used to a stalled 3600 a4 so maybe it will be close?

The stall sucked for gas since I had to hit the gas harder than a normal gas pedal to go anywhere
