if got an f13 cam on a 112+4 and i dont know anything about milling or p to v clearance and just wondering what heads would fit and make good power with that cam. i am interested in the AFR's but like i said i dont know if i will need to get them milled or anything else

Contact Allen at Futral and ask for his recomendations. Before milling I would consider gasket thickness first for a tighter quench and then mill accordingly for desired SCR.
Assuming you still can due to PTV without flycutting.
