My 02 SS is making a weird noise on deceleration and sometimes at steady part throttle.

If you decel at around 3,000rpm it makes a noise that sounds alot like an old fashioned speedometer or tachometer cable that is worn and starting to rub on the sheath. I beleive all of our instruments are electronic so I'm puzzled as to what the noise could be.

 

I had a bit of a whining noise after driving hard, especially in the heat. My power steering fluid was low.
