Default HELP, i cannot figure this out help diagnose

This dosent have to do with my ls1 but my truck is going to kill me if i cant fix it.

Its a 98 chevy 5.7 litre . While driving the truck all of the sudden it will shut off. You can turn the key and it will start right back up. Also when you floor it when it reaches the higher rmps it will surge like its misfiring.
Ive replaced the cam sensor, crank sensor tested good, timing has been set at the dealer. new plugs, wires , cap ,rotor. Truck idles great. WTF???

Maybe the tranny? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pull out the computer, and tap on it with a screwdriver handle with the engine running. If the truck dies, there is a faulty solder trace or component in the computer.
