Well, this wouldn't be the first time with ARE as we all know.
Sorry about your demise. Wish you the best.

Do you have official documents from ARE about your motor?
If so do not wait anymore. Ethical is out the window many moons ago with those guys.
Get yourself a good hungry lawyer and file a court case.
There is more than bad work quality here, there is FRAUD. And that is punishable by incarceration. Ask Agostino if he likes the inside of a prison cell.
As for witnesses, you'll find no less than a dozen poeple willing to testify as character witnesses on your behalf.

I can't believe those guys (ARE) are still in business.

My God, ARE is still in business? I thought they went under like 2 years ago from pulling a Hennessey.

Are there any other A(P,R,letter)E shops out there?

Eugenio, sorry to hear about this unfortunate and ugly situation .... but I must say after all the documented horror stories like this one and at least 5 or 6 others that I've read I hope the hell ppl can refrain from heading to that shop anymore .... I'm mean JC ppl how many ugly stories do you need to hear before you stop throwing your money their way

Wrong Nick. You are thinking of Nick D'Agostino from APE not Nick Agostino from ARE.

They are still in business b/c people are still patronizing them.....

It astounds me with all the past misgivings over the past year or two people would go within 5 kms of that place......

When it came time for my stroker, I found the most well respected/rep shop and went with them, even though they were 800 kms away.
I for one wanted some assurance once I spend 20G's+ on a motor that it'll get done right the first time.
I don't know about you guy's, but I can't afford to spend that kind of money twice.
