Default MLS 6.0l Truck Gaskets on 241's !!!!!

I'm getting ready to put some ported 241's on my car as we speak and my friend has some 6.0l truck head gaskets. Are these OK to use? Any problems with them????? Does anybody have any info?

Tell your friend no thanks and spend a little money for some .040 cosmetic gaskets.
It will help compression and get you desired quinch in a good area.

Cometics would be the best way to go, but they are kinda expensive. The MLS 6.0L gaskets will work fine as long as the head does not have the notch along the front edge on the mating surface of the head. I don't think any of the 241 casting had this notch, but best to check.
