Whats the loud ticking noise?

Well, I'm still having the same problem, and I have tripple checked the rocker arms. I know the pulley was installed right, put in hot water, then slid on, tightened most of the way with old bolt, then tqd to spec with new bolt.
I will check lifter preload next, to see if I have the proper length pushrod.
I'm glad that you solved your problem though. Mine continues to sound like a loud *** sewing machine.
