Cool deal Jason. Once again I do appreciate everything you did to make a difficult situation right.

Glad to see the AFR ***** Ed Curtis has come in on a thread where he can knock the competition.

Like I've asked you in the past Ed, if the AFRs are so great out of the box than why do you port the exhaust ports on the Ford SB heads?

Not so sure about the single 918 springs.....I just hope these heads are MUCH better than the Intake Manifold you guys came out with.

I am interested as well in these heads. Jason, will Edelbrock be putting out a set of long tube headers in just the 1.75 size instead of the stepped? I have an Edelbrock cat back and was wondering why it is only 2.75 inch intermediate pipe? I lose 24 hp over the cutout.

The casting is very nice, smaller exhaust port then the AFR porters head, and rumored to be several hundred dollars cheaper a pair bare. Will probably prove to be the best "porters" head out there.

The Edelbrock heads are nice. I wish though that they would re-visit the valve seat dimensions. A 1.600 exhaust seat O.D.! Is this a performance head? And A 1.800 I.D. on the intake seat!
