cam (and possibly heads) suggestion for my specific setup/goals please

cam (and possibly heads) suggestion for my specific setup/goals please I know how you guys hate the "wut cam should i buy ppl?!?!?" threads.. so I will do my best to make it very detailed 
My current mods are in sig, planned in near future is addition of 3.73 gears to replace my stock 2.73
Goals: the car is almost 100% street driven, I seem to almost never make it out to the track.. Some lope is OK, but I wouldn't want the car to rock back and forth too much. Idle quality should be smooth. Since this is an A4 car, I realize 400rwhp is probably not attainable using my mods and heads/cam combo, but ideally, thatd be my goal.. around 400rwhp and torque.
The car will always be NA, i do not plan on any forced induction or n2o.
Since I have a 3600 stall torque converter, I guess I should be concentrating on cams with mid-high RPM power level, is that correct?
Anyway.. please list your suggestions for such a cam (and if you could also list what heads would compliment that cam well, be my guest!)
