Question Got my Patriot Gold Duals... Quick Question

I just got these today. They look really nice. I see that the spring on the inside can slide around inside the large spring with some force. When installing, should the inside spring be at the top, the bottom, or the in the middle of the larger spring? I imagine it doesn't matter because they will probably move around on their own once they are compressed and released, heated and cooled...

Thanks!

Makes no difference. Once you install them, both springs will be contacting the retainer and the insert on the head with all that massive spring pressure. They are pretty springs though aren't they! Now quit playing with them.

I just had mine installed a few weeks ago (hehehe Gunnar - I'm the one who sent you the pic of oil seals and seats asking for proper order in which we put those in)
Anyways, Gunnar was uber-fast to respond just in time for my camswap, and so far springs are working just fine. I'll let you know how they progress over time....

Anyways - these are good springs. You'll be happy !
