Unhappy slp 402

I recently purchased some new heads and cam, but the valves on the heads were hitting the pistons and fried my bottom end. I was looking at the slp 402 stroker as a replacement and want to hear what people think of it. I have 4g to drop into parts and would also like to hear other ideas.

Dang that sucks my #2 connecting rod broke and the valve put a crop like circle on my piston also blew out the lower engine block #2 clyinder and #1 clyinder side of the block also took out the oil pan. So i been looking for a LS6 found one long block for 3k ill be happy with 405hp. also i found a guy selling LS2 pretty cheap about 3k with less then 1k miles. Today i got my motor out from underneath. The whole front suspension wheels and everything wasnt that bad worked on it all this week for about 4 hours each day.

SDPC has a deal for $3650 or so on iron 402's.
LME is a good place to make an inquiry too.
