free mod??

I have a 99 Z28 with a stock air filter lid. I saw some guy put like like 1 inch washer somewhere under his air lid and he said it gave him like 10 hp.. Does anyone know of something like that at all? Thanks alot

Make sure you get it anodized, I hear thats worth another 5hp easy.

hahaha..so there isnt a mod were the guy can raise the box up? Is ther any mod you can do on the stock box?? lol Thanks guys

you can also get the JDM L.E.D spacers, i hear there good for 10hp

but to SERIOUSLY answer your question, this mod would probably make 0 - 1 REAL WORLD hp...

Get yourself a good lid and a FTRA or what ever brand of ram air that you like..they work and will produce real HP..

..Forget about the high perfromance washers

i did the ram air mod.. it feels better after i was done.. Are there any other free mods anyone can think of? Thanks alot

Then you might as well install the holy throttle body spacer and tornado. Oh and while youre at it slap on some nitrous stickers and youre good for another 50hp.
