Ok a long story..
Ok a long story.. I installed the home made Catch can, did it 100% correct and not a leak trust me..
Note that my truck comes with the Fixed orifice.
I notice there is a nice hissing coming from the PCV now. Pinch the hose down, noise goes away and idle down below normal.
Ok i go back and reinstall Stock PCV lining...
noise is there also, maybe i didnt notice it before or what.
runs fine, so i went back to the catch can..
So the question is, are the Fixed orifice styles louder?
Check for leaks with carb cleaner, NOT A LEAK.
Noise YES!
Idle fine YES
Oil pressure good?
Check engine light NO.
Leaks NO!..

May I recommend a clear style fuel filter (like the VW ones) in line between the catch can and the PCV valve.
This will catch any oil vapors that didn't condense in the can and it will regulate the hissing.
