Default 383!

I'm doing a third gen LS1 swap and before I put motor in I'm going to pump it up alittle with heads and a cam Etc.. I was wondering if it would be worth it to make the motor a 383 aswell?? OR should I just go heads, cam, N2O? OrR both I don't know I need help!

The extra stroke will increase the torque curve for sure. A good set of heads, 383 rotating assembly, a good 234+ cam, 11.1 compression and you will have a bad *** that loves to eat rear tires

Thats what I figured but would it be worth the money to make it a 383!

You can get the Eagle 383 kits for less than $2200 and just have the block prepped as usual and your good . Also, you would have a forged bottom end for the jug . Did anyone say 250 shot

My brother's car has been nothing but drama after he put in a 383, one problem after another, but lots of people have tons of luck!
