Question Leakdown Test results, no sign of where burning oil is coming from

Did a leakdown test on the motor, pulled all plugs, found TDC on each cyl. Depending on where I put the piston I got different results, I assume you take the highest number. Watched to make sure the values were closed.

Basically I got reading from 92-96psi (out of 100psi) on one side, other side got 89 94 and 99 and 99, I was shocked to see almost zero leak down, I didn't think that was possible. At anyrate, I burn a LOT of oil when letting off the gas, I have a catch can but the motor I believe is a 2001. I couldn't really tell if there was air leaking out of the bottom end when just listening, is there a way to actually tell if it's the rings or value seals?

I only burn oil when I let off that gas while in gear at higher RPM's. Any ideas? Thanks.

Should I assume it's the valve seals?

If it's the valve seals, then there would be oil residue on the top of the valve heads where the oil was getting past the seals.
