Milled 5.3's with TSP 228R? I am going to be picking up a TSP 228R cam soon, and will be getting heads shortly thereafter. I'll most likely get some stock 5.3's, swap the exhaust valves and have them ported. I know the 5.3's by themselves boost the compression, but how much of a bump over stock compression would milled 5.3's offer? Also, how much of a mill would you recommend with a .58x" lift cam? Thanks.
