Default FAST Intake and 90 TB

Hello:

I have a modded Z06 with SFR Heads, LG cam, and all of the bolt ons. The last mod that I do not have but am considering is a FAST Intake and 90 TB. I currently have a LS6 Intake.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of going to a FAST Intake. What can I expect in terms of RWHP and RW Torque using the FAST Intake and 90 TB over the LS6 intake.

Regards,

JG853

Disadvantages: Cost, additional induction roar.

Advantages: Lots more power everywhere. Check out this dyno. This was on a 346 running a 215/230 cam. The FAST intake was velocity ported by Tony Mamo from AFR so the gains are larger than normal. Same dyno. Pulls made one day apart. Similar weather. Runs are SAE.

Forget the Fast 90TB go with the Nick Williams (less money) it works out of the box and I have had no issues with it. I tried 3 FAST TB and had problems with them all.

Didn't you add a 85mm MAF also at the same time?

IMO do not expect more than 12>15 rwhp with an out of box direct swap.

It was pretty pricey. PM Tony Mamo at AFR for your best price.
