Question should i change my springs again?

i swapped cam/springs almost a year ago and have put about 7k miles on them. springs are manley singles rated at .600. i will be putting in an fms f4 soon. should i keep the springs in there or put new ones in?

I have heard that springs develop a memory and should not be used with different cams, but I tend to believe this is more of an old wives tale. Id like to hear from someone who knows...

springs should still be good, but i tend to be more safe than sorry. i say swap them and sleep easy without worries. If you don't, you will always be wondering.
