Default 224/226 115 LSA vs 224/224 113

im looking at these 2 cams,
224 cam is a cartek cam on a 113 with 56x lift on both sides. the other cam would the 224 226 on a 115 with 567 569.
I am needed a cam that will pass emissions
my setup would be a full bolt on 6sd car.

i guessing the cartek 224 cam would make more power,
but emissions is a concern.
anybody got any experince with this cam?

I'd go with the 224-226, you could also look at MTI Stealth 2 224/220 .581 116 lsa

w/o knowing the exact lobes used, it would be hard to say what the difference will be. If the lobes were identical, the 224/226 cam would have less overlap and therefore be more emissions friendly. If ground on the same ICL (another unknown) the 115 LSA cam would likely carry the power a bit longer.

I'd opt for the 224/226 cam on XE-R lobes with 3 or 4 degrees of advance.
I'd also consider adding 2* more to the exhaust duration since you probably have cats.
