I thought ARE was once a good shop. I thought they sold out to other owners about 2 years ago; Right?

My McLoed twin-plate died on me... so I'm trying something different.
The Exedy twin-plate.
know a few ppl that have them and handle the power great.

Nope neither shop is a sponsor here...they are mentioned here to bring awareness to the rest of the LS1Tech community and protect people who don't know their shady pasts. Will it protect everyone? Nope, but some people will think twice and will go with a sponsor that hasn't raked people over the coals. In a way, telling the truth about these shady shop that are NOT sponsors is helping the shops here that are sponsors and have good reputations.

I agree with Dave, Wade was just as much involved in people getting ripped off at ARE as Nick and the rest of the gang. I wouldn't look twice at FTR or ARE/Autoworx...too many good shops now doing LSx engines and their customers cars are going fast!
