Default new forged motor

i have a few questions, been on the search button for 3 days now, i have a forged 347 with 6.125 eagle h-beam rods and diamonds custom nitrous pistons with the -2cc valve reliefs. i had home ported heads and thunders 224/224-112 cam with hooker 1 3/4 long tubes and shaner s2 throttle body and 36 injectors on a ls1 intake and made 374 to the rear wheels n/a and ran a best of 11.46 @120.22mph with a 1.8 60ft with a 100 dry shot. since then i have put dual 255 intank walbros and 60lb motorons and ran 12psi of boost for 1 month till i took the kit back off. so now i have more than enough fuel system for my n/a motor but i am tearing it down now to the bare shortblock. so now i have a solid motor to work from, the motor has a lil over 8500 miles on it now. i am wanting to add a cam, heads, and a fast intake over the next 2 months. my cam choice is thunders trex cam, and i am awaiting a reply from patriot on which heads to go with, i am leaning toward the 5.3 heads.
so my questions are
(1) if i go with the 5.3 heads and trex cam will i have any piston to valve clearence issues?
(2) should i remove the 60lb motorons and replace them with my 36lb injector? i plan on spraying a 200 dry ( i drove the car a month n/a with the 60lb and my ltft looked great and the car ran good)
(3) is the 90/90 fast worth it on my 347 with the trex and 5.3 heads?
i am wanting around 450ish to 480 if possible then hitting her with a 200 dry shot. the car is my weekend toy
thanks for the help

Just do some really careful tuning for the dry shot (timing retard and A/F ratio).
(3) is the 90/90 fast worth it on my 347 with the trex and 5.3 heads?
Absolutely. I picked up 28 rwhp with my Mamo ported FAST 90 and Nick Williams 90 TB.

Your hp goals are achievable, but your choice in heads will be the biggest determining factor on whether you hit 480 or 420.

If the 5.3L heads are unmilled they should clear the pistons especially with the valve reliefs. I don't think that the compression or head flow is high enough to get that kind of rear wheel power. I don't think you mentioned whether you have a4 or m6 or other tranny in mind. I would do the 90/90 setup with the 60 lb injectors if you are going to use a 200 dry shot. It will run weaker on the motor with a nitrous tune and colder plugs on the motor. You will need to drop some timing with a 200 shot. I would run at least 105 octane unleaded also.
