spun bearing???opinons please!

spun bearing???opinons please! What are the symptoms of a spun bearing??? My problem is this...Between 1500-2000 rpm & around 45-50mph my car just bogs down pretty bad. When this happens i usually have to stomp on it a bit just to get out of that range or sometimes i just put it in d as opposed to od then my rpms will kick themselves up and out of the hole. Although this should make me calm down w/my driving ways i still get on it and it doesn't always happen and never above the stated rpm. I'm thinking maybe a spun bearing is slowly coming to haunt me. Please let me know what you guys think. O btw i'm doing a oil change to..i could'nt find a m1 filter for my car, anyone have a part #..thanks everyone

someone else told me about changing the o2's but i didn't think it was that simple and i kinda thought a spun bearing would make some kind of noise...thanks for the input...i got somewhere to start now...thanks

If a bearing spins or if you have crankshaft problems, you will know, just watch the oil pressure gauge. When it starts bouncing up and down, your bearings are cooked. You would hear it knocking and it would not quit.
