Backfire????

Hi folks
I have not started my car for 3 weeks, started it up and it backfired. I drove it, it drove OK, and shut it down - later, I started it up and it backfired again. what is up with it backfiring all of a sudden? Anybody have any ideas what to look for?

anybody???? Somebody must know something about this. I have not done any tuning in the past weeks - something changed.
