Default timing chain z06 vs stock ls1

doing a heads/cam swap in my 2000 WS6
wanted to know if the timing chain from my Z06(2001) is any better than my stock LS-1(2000). I have my stock Z06 timing chain left over from a cam swap that was done at a shop. This one I'm doing myself b/c I got a hair under my bumm reading all the stories on here :O. It's becoming quite a pia, but somewhat fun as well.

btw, if anyone knows of someone looking for a 2001 Z06 cam, pushrods, and springs with 9k miles, I have those for sale. I don't have enough posts to put in for sale yet

Just get a new replacement LS2 chain. ~$35 and much stronger
LS2 chain is the replacement chain for all lsx motors now.

I believe you will find that the Z06 chain and the LS1 chain that you have are one and the same. I would upgrade.
