Question mti X1 cam or LG G5x1 which cam is better?

I currently have a 223/223/116 .558/.558 cam in my car. I make 411hp/380 tq. I was looking at these two cams to go bigger in my car. The car is an autox/ driver with some strip time, Which is a better choice.
please respond

For autox does your car drop down in the revs? seems like midrange torque might be very important compared to drag strip usage.

With cats, I'd look more at a standard split than a reverse split. Maybe a 224/228 113 (or 114 LSA if you want cushion in passing emmissions). With a couple degrees more advance than your current cam you'll have a good gain in the 3500 -6000 rpm range.
