Baby cams worked for me as in 11.40's@118
EG 218-224 527-532

I think the Cheatr would be great in your Z06 and you could always add the headers at a later date....

That is kind of what I'm leaning towards.....Now I just need to figure out what it's going to cost me....

Why would I lie???...There are tons of them....I had over 390 with intake, exhaust, headers and tune...

LPE Makes good cams for the LS6, and the stock exhaust is real good on the ZO6 Too. IE I put Kooks system on with a nice cat back and made 12rwhp, just change the cam and springs, push rods, get it tuned and DRIVE it....

A full bolt on Z06 can make 390+ RWHP. I've driven one. My buddies car made 393 with bolt ons and an Ls6 intake. In fact I believe a couple of folks have made 400RWHP with bolt ons.

I Decided to wait until next spring to do my cam, so right now I'm going with long tube headers, high flow cat, an x-pipe and an under drive pully... What other "bolt-ons are there? I already have a vararam and 160 t-stat. Would I see any gains from a ported tb or am I not at that point yet? I'm hoping to see 390ish rwhp from bolt ons before I do my cam, I'll keep you guys posted in the next couple weeks

Get the CheaTR cam-it's made for setups like yours and for people afraid of a lope. It will have all the stock driving charachteristics but should be worth a solid gain. Do an underdrive pulley while your at it. Then you add headers later and still pick up power-it's been proven to work great with and without headers!

Yes, but you'll have to shim to .050 coilbind. IIRC
