I figured out my problem. I plumbed the FPR in wrong, looks like another call to Summit to get some Earl's goodness.

Tr7's are kinda cold aren't they?I bet it would be better with tr6's since tr5's
are stock. Two heat ranges is a little cool for street work unless your on a
200 shot all the time.

Is the FPR on our fuel rail? I dont remember seeing anything like an FPR inside or around the tank. btw, which line is the return line? It dosent route to the fuel rail area where I could block it off from under the hood or somewhere w/o droppig the tank back out?

on a STOCK F-body system, NO.......the STOCK system is a "returnless" system meaning the fuel that gets to the fuel rail, stays at the fuel rail until it goes out the injectors (the return is way back in the back by the tank)........

97/98 Vettes were the only LS1 cars to have a return style system stock.....

If I remember right, there are two lines, one goes to the fuel filter and the other dosent. If thats the case, I dont believe you haev to drop the tank to plug the return line unless its inside the tank.
